Decent value, slight delay

I ordered the Disneyland Park Hopper tickets for a family trip. The price was pretty good, saved us some money compared to the official site. The ordering process itself was fine, no real hiccups there. I did have to wait about 3 hours for the e-tickets to arrive in my email, which felt a little long compared to some other online purchases, but they did eventually show up and linked fine to the Disneyland app. Customer service wasn't needed, so can't comment on that. Overall, it was a positive experience for the savings, just a minor note on the delivery time.

Good price, quick delivery

I bought a Universal Orlando 2-Park Park-to-Park Ticket for my trip last month. The website was easy to navigate and find what I needed. After I placed the order, the e-tickets arrived in my email within an hour, which was great. Linking them to the Universal app was straightforward too. The price was definitely better than buying directly from the park, saved about $30. No issues using them at the gate. Overall, a smooth experience from start to finish. I'd use them again for sure.

So happy with my tickets!

Just got back from Orlando and my Universal Orlando 3-Park Base Ticket was perfect! The savings were amazing, honestly, I couldn't believe it. The e-tickets came super fast after I bought them online. Everything was so easy to link to the app and use at the park entrances. I had zero problems, which is exactly what you want when you're planning a vacation. I'm already looking at their Disneyland tickets for next year. Definitely recommend them to anyone going to a theme park!

Consistent Disney ticket savings

This was my third time getting Disney tickets from Undercover Tourist, and they delivered again. I purchased the Walt Disney World Park Hopper Ticket for our family vacation. Just like before, the process was seamless – found the tickets, paid, and they were in my inbox quickly. I've always found their prices to be reliably lower than buying at the gate, which is why I keep coming back. It's comforting to know what to expect and that it'll work when I get there. They're my go-to for theme park tickets.

Just booked our Universal Orlando tickets through Undercover Tourist. Got the 3-Park Base tickets and the 'buy 2 days get 2 days free' deal was amazing. So much cheaper than direct!

V VikramG 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

Nice! I always use UT for theme park tickets. Never had an issue linking them to the Universal app either.

Mine were almost instant, within an hour or two.

How long did it take to get your e-tickets after purchase?

2

P PriyaS 2 weeks ago

Same, really quick process.

3

R Rohan87 2 weeks ago

Oh really? I've been eyeing that deal. Is it for specific dates or generally available?

3

P PriyaS 2 weeks ago

Pretty sure it's an ongoing thing, but check their site. It was there when I bought last month.

A AnjaliK 2 weeks ago

Yeah, I saw it too. Planning our trip for late next year.

That's awesome! Did you look into their car rental bundles too? Sometimes you can save even more if you package things.

9

P PriyaS 2 weeks ago

I did, but already had a car booked through my credit card points. Next time maybe!

How fast do you get the tickets? Planning a spontaneous trip to Disneyland next month and need them quick.

S Sam L. 1 month ago

E-tickets usually come through pretty fast, like same day or next day in my experience. Physical ones take longer obviously.

Got my Universal e-tickets almost instantly after buying them. Was super quick. You should be good for next month.

Does anyone know if they do promo codes? Trying to save a few extra bucks for our Universal trip.

D Dan Foster 1 month ago

Nah, not really. They just have the discounts built-in. Like, the price you see is already the discounted one.

N Nick Brooks 1 month ago

i think they mainly do package deals instead of codes. like buy 2 days get 2 free for universal often shows up directly on their site.

Hey, thinking about getting Disney World tickets here. Are these like, legit? I've heard some horror stories about fake tickets.

D Daisy Patel 1 month ago

Yeah, they're legit. Used them for years, never had an issue getting into the parks. They're an authorized seller.

C Cody Beaumont 1 month ago

Totally legit. My Disney Experience linked up perfectly with the tickets I bought last summer. No worries there.

Thinking about getting the Ikon Pass for a ski trip this winter. Has anyone bought it through Undercover Tourist? Wondering if there are any special discounts or if it's the same price everywhere.

N NehaR 4 hours ago ✓ Best Answer

I'd check their Colorado ski packages. Sometimes combining a pass with lodging or lift tickets for other days can save you a bit. They don't always advertise it as a direct pass discount.

6

D Deepak91 4 hours ago

That's a smart idea, didn't think of looking at packages. Thanks!

5

N NehaR 3 hours ago

Yeah, their ski section is pretty decent for bundling.

Following this, looking into ski trips too.

Does Undercover Tourist have a military discount for passes like Ikon or Epic? My brother is looking to buy.

7

A AlokV 4 hours ago

Not sure about military for the passes directly. Usually, those types of discounts come from the resorts themselves or the pass company.

0

N NehaR 3 hours ago

Yeah, I've never seen UT offer specific military or teacher discounts on the passes, just their general deals.

1

A AlokV 5 hours ago

I bought my Epic Pass from them last year. Price was competitive, not necessarily 'discounted' but sometimes they have small bundles or promo codes for other things that make it worthwhile.

11

D Deepak91 4 hours ago

Hmm, good to know. So no big price difference usually?

0

A AlokV 3 hours ago

Not for the passes themselves, but sometimes a hotel deal or something pops up.

Considering a trip to Orlando for Spring Break. Any tips on getting the absolute best deal on tickets and maybe a hotel through these guys?

M Marcus E. 1 month ago

Check out their bundle deals. Sometimes combining tickets with a hotel saves a good chunk of change. Especially for Disney or Universal.

1

F Faith E. 1 month ago

Look for the multi-day tickets, those are almost always cheaper per day. And during peak times like Spring Break, just buy early.

Can you use a Disney gift card to buy tickets on here? I have a bunch of them from Christmas.

C Cleo 2 months ago

I don't think so, afaik they only take regular credit cards. Disney gift cards usually only work directly with Disney.

1

R Raj Okafor 2 months ago

Pretty sure no, I tried once and it didn't work. Had to use my credit card instead.

What's their refund policy like? What if something comes up and I can't go to SeaWorld anymore?

E Elena 1 month ago

Returns were actually pretty easy for me last year when my flight got canceled. Just check their site for the exact policy, but I got my money back no problem.

6

O Omar W. 1 month ago

It's not like super strict, but it depends on the ticket. Some are more flexible than others, especially if you get the insurance or whatever. Read the fine print on the specific ticket you're looking at.
